This week on our social media marketing talk show, we also invited Marisa Cali to discuss the role of a live video producer. Here are the tips that she shared. What Is The Role of A Remote Live Video Production? A remote live stream producer manages the tech and behind the scenes so the host can deliver their value with enthusiasm and energy. Why Is A Remove Live Video Producer Important? Fumbling around with displaying comments or banner messages affects your concentration. A remote producer can take the guesswork out of managing a live stream from pre-production preparation to post-production promotion. When Should A Business Hire Someone to Help Produce Live Videos? Live streams are successful when you're committed to it as a marketing initiative as part of the bigger marketing strategy. If a business has a limited budget - live video emcompasses two different marketing tactics - video and community engagement. Businesses can hire someone to help them navigate the live video space, strategize on how to deliver the value and even help with repurposing of live video content. On Average, How Much Should A Live Producer Cost? At a minimum, training costs between $150-200. There are free tutorials online but they don't go deeper to explain the visual component AND necessity of a live video stream.
