This week, Twitter rolled out a new feature called Twitter Super Follows.

With Super Follows, you will be able to charge your followers for access to bonus content. Think of it like a Patreon community where people pay a monthly fee for access to more perks.

Monetize Twitter With Super Follows

Twitter Super Follows will be a useful feature.

You will be able to charge for tweets.

Twitter users can have their followers pay them in order to access additional content and also gain access to groups based on specific interests.

For the most part, it's like a membership site, except it's on Twitter.

In one example from Twitter, a user charged $4.99 per month to get a series of perks. Twitter of course will collect an undetermined percentage from creators and publishers.

Why Twitter Super Follows Matter For Your Business

Monetizing your Twitter account can be difficult. Fortunately, Twitter has been rolling out features to help you make the platform more engaging. These include voice recordings, as well as a new verification process to attract more users to the social media platform.

With the ability to charge for extra content, Super Follows could be a great way to start making money on Twitter.

Keep in mind that your business cannot get paid by Twitter without delivering the added bonus content you said that you would provide to people who support your Super Follows.

For those of you looking to use this new Twitter feature, it's not yet available. They did. allude to a subscription model as of recently. Twitter Super Follows could be it.

In the meantime, consider looking into ways people are using Patreon or YouTube Super Chats (also ways to monetize your online presence) and think about how those models could be applied to Twitter.

If you don't have a large and active following on Twitter, you may want to consider building on other platforms first. You can also set up a membership on your own website.
