Social Chatter: Social Media Marketing Talk Show - Episode 296 Facebook Live Audio Rooms, Audio-Only Conversations This week, we have Facebook Live Audio Rooms. Audio Rooms are a new feature that Mark Zuckerberg demoed. They function very similarly to Twitter Spaces, in that you'll be able to join or host audio-only rooms from Facebook, and still be able to browse through your News Feed, while listening to audio. For now, Facebook Live Audio Rooms will only be available for Profiles and only through the Facebook mobile app. We anticipate they will expand to Pages and Groups at some point, once they are rolled out to everyone. While we anticipate that Clubhouse will see a drastic reduction in active users, if you're a business, and you don't yet use audio rooms, now is a good time to practice with Clubhouse. You can start to train your customers to get used to audio-only rooms. This way, when Facebook Live Audio Rooms officially launch, you'll have already conditioned your customers to being in this type of space. As a business, you can also begin to test out different types of content to see what works and doesn't work with this medium.
