Spotify Greenroom, A Facebook Live Audio Rooms, Twitter Spaces and Clubhouse Alternative?

This week, we have Spotify Greenroom.

Spotify is getting into audio rooms, just like Twitter has done with Spaces.

Greenroom is their version of live audio.

It is a rebrand of Locker Room, an app that they acquired in March.

What is great about Spotify Greenroom, is that they're not just launching audio rooms, but they're also going to be paying live audio creators through the Creator Fund.

This is particularly good, because it means you won't have to bankroll your own audio rooms. Instead, you can focus on the content and experience of your audio rooms.

To start creating your own Spotify Greenrooms, you'll need ot download the Greenroom app, which is available for iOS and Android.

You can download the app here.

From the app, you can connect it to your Spotify account and begin hosting audio rooms from the Greenroom app.

Why Spotify Greenroom Matters For Your Business

Spotify Greenroom is a great move by Spotify. As a business owner, you'll be able to tap into the 150+ million Spotify customers, to help get your message in front of more listeners.

Just like Facebook Live audio rooms and Spaces, Spotify Greenroom should look and function similarly.
