Social Chatter: Social Media Marketing Talk Show - Episode 311 LinkedIn Event Management Tools, Automate Event Planning This week, we're talking about LinkedIn event management tools. These new tools for LinkedIn, will make it easier for you to automate the leads you receive from LinkedIn lead gen forms. LinkedIn lead gen forms make it easier for you to collect information about the people who fill out your event form. Unfortunately, if you have a lot of people who register for your event and you're running the event solo, or with a limited crew, you may find yourself working in your business, rather than on your business, or spending time engaging with the right customers. With LinkedIn event management tools, you can now automate the leads that you collect from your lead gen forms. When someone fills out your form, the leads can get automatically added to your favorite CRM, such as Saleforce, Hubspot, Google Sheets and more. All you need to do is set up Zapier integration. Here's a look at the Zapier integrations available as part of the event management tools. Why LinkedIn Event Management Tools Matter For Your Business Rather than sift through everyone who fills out your LinkedIn lead gen forms, you can set up a "zap" to take your form and collect the information from your form and help you organize it. The only thing you need to do is set up your lead gen form. This is one of the most important steps for your business. You simply describe your offering, choose up to 7 fields to add to your form template, and create a thank you page. Now when people complete your form, the LinkedIn event management tools (when hooked into Zapier), go to work. The collect the information that someone filled in, and this information can show up in your CRM. As a business, you then just need to go through the information that is neatly listed and decide which customers to prioritize first. You'll not only be able to focus on the right customers from the LinkedIn event management tools, you'll also save a lot of time that you can put into other activities besides going through each form.
