Twitter Image Cropping
This week in social media marketing news, Twitter removed the cropping on photos uploaded by users.
Previously, images were cropped on the top and bottom.
Now when you upload photos to Twitter, they'll be uploaded at the size they were created in.

Twitter Image Sizes for Collages
Twitter also made changes to how multi-photos were displayed.
There is now a new layout which we think makes the photos look a lot better when displayed in the Twitterstream.
Twitter Ads for Logged Out Users
Another really big change this week on Twitter was the addition of Twitter Ads when users are logged out.
This will give Twitter an opportunity to make money.
Facebook Launches Facebook at Work
This week, Facebook started said they plan to launch Facebook at Work.
Facebook at Work has been in testing for the past year.

Facebook Page Communication Tools
This week, Facebook started rolling out two new updates to Facebook Pages.
You'll be able to tag users you communicate with through your Facebook Page.
For example, you can tag users who might be part of your mastermind group or purchased a Facebook training course from you. This way you can learn more about the people who are contacting you.
They also rolled out better comment management on Facebook Pages. This way you can keep up with comments you responded to and flag ones you need to follow-up on.
Facebook Closes Creative Lab
One last update from Facebook this week is that they decided to close their Creative Lab.
They've also removed apps such as Slingshot, Riff and Rooms.

Kiwi for Gmail
Do you find you have too many tabs open on your computer?

Snappa
Snappa is a web-based image editing tool.
It's very similar to Canva with the exception being that you get better integration with your social media channels along with more high-quality vector images and photos to choose from.

One last tool we wanted to mention is Affinity Photo.
This powerful photo-editing app just won app of the year from Apple.
This week, they're offering 20% off their Adobe Photohop rival.

They can see that as a “PR nightmare” if something like that is public.

SKetch is a great tool.
aye Sketch is amazing. i’m not a graphics guy but i can make good wireframes and simple stuff pretty quickly. allows me to do site idea demos on ios device pretty quick. and live changes.
