Social Chatter: Social Media Marketing Talk Show - Episode 219 A Facebook Photo Transfer Tool In Facebook news, they are launching a Facebook photo transfer tool that allows you to transfer their Facebook photos and videos to other services. At launch, you'll be able to move your photos to Google Photos using the transfer tool found here, provided you're in Ireland (worldwide availability will happen during the first half of 2020). The Facebook photo transfer tool will help transfer photos and videos to other services such as Google Photo. Why A Facebook Photo Transfer Tool Matters For Your Business While you can download the information from your Facebook account, sometimes you just want to put your photos onto other services because you want a backup (in case something happens). By adding a photo and video transfer tool, chances are Facebook wants to try and earn back the trust of their users. At the same time, for you as a business owner, you'll be able to use this new transfer tool to help ensure if you ever need your photos or videos, you can easily locate them, should something ever happen to your Facebook account. Keep in mind, this tool won't be available to everyone until early 2020. In the meantime, you can read the announcement about Facebook's new photo transfer tool here.
