If you haven't added screen recording to your control center on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, you'll need to do that first. Here's how.
- Go to Settings > Control Center
- Tap on "Customize Controls
- Tap on the plus sign to add "screen recording"
- Close Settings
How to Record the Screen On Your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch
Now that you have screen recorded added, here's how to record the screen on your mobile device.
- Swipe up from the bottom of your screen
- Long press or use 3D Touch on the screen recording button
- Tap on the microphone audio to turn it on. Red indicates it is on
- Tap "start recording" to begin recording your screen
When you're finished recording the screen on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch device, your video will be saved to the Photos app.
