New Tools For LinkedIn Creators
This week, we're taking a look at new tools for LinkedIn Creators.
LinkedIn rolled out creator mode and further expanded them to include audio events.
Now they're adding even more tools to help LinkedIn Creators.
One tool they are adding is the ability to highlight a URL in your profile header.
You need to have creator mode enabled. Then you can add a link to the top of your profile. This way people who view your profile can learn more about you or your brand.
Another tool that is being added for LinkedIn creators is the ability to share a link or embed a follow button outside of LinkedIn.
This will make it easier for you to grow your following on your own website, across emails, or in blog posts.
A few additional tools to help creators is the ability to follow someone from the feed.
This eliminates the need to click into their profile. Rather, you can follow them from the feed.
In addition to these tools for LinkedIn creators, when someone sends you a connection request, they become automatic followers.
This can be a great way to grow your following.
Here's a look at each of these updates for LinkedIn creators.

Strategies to Grow Your Business
We spoke with Troy Sandidge about strategies your business can use to grow, along with tips on creating a content engine. Here are the tips he shared.
How To Retool Social Media To Be The Bridge To Growth?
One thing to make clear is, social media is the highway. NOT the destination.
Once you approach social media with that framework and consideration in mind, then you can begin to use social media as an elite tool to create the bridge for true growth.
- Identify your main social media platform of choice that will be your nucleus. This would be the platform that aligns with your preferred content of choice to distribute, that has the biggest community, that gives you the greatest opportunity to be an authority to an audience that wants to consume what you have to say. Whatever platform can put you in your best situation to achieve these things.
- You need a slingshot platform. Think of it like your Robin to your Batman. This platform can drive people to your main platform with ease and can be complementary to the core content you distribute.
This is how you would retool your social media. There's no point of creating content everywhere if you aren't even seen let alone engaged with among your ideal audience for engagement to happen that leads to conversations that hopefully leads to growth.
